More Applebee's

Last week I got a phone call from the GM of the franchises in Southern Mississippi. Today, I got a phone call from the GM of the actual Applebee's restaurant in Gulfport. He was incredibly apologetic and told me that he honestly wouldn't have known the laws himself but now that the correct way to handle a nursing mother has brought to his attention, he is going to make sure that his staff is educated. He told me he's been with Applebee's for eight years and hasn't encountered this situation before now and he hadn't even heard of the nurse-in's that took place around the country last year. All in all, I'm very impressed by the way Applebee's has handled this.
