I got a phone call from Applebee's. From the GM of the franchise group from southern Mississippi. He asked me to relay to him what happened. Apologized profusely. Told me that nursing mothers are ALWAYS welcome in all Applebee's restaurants. Told me that all of his staff will be educated on the topic. Then said he hoped I hadn't lost any loyalty to Applebee's as a result and said he'll send me "something" in the mail to encourage me to return. I'm excited that I got an actual phone call instead of a stupid form letter. Yay!
